It's the great feeling of progression. It's so amazing how much a body can do. The strength, endurance, and its all in my control. its the best feeling to achieve and push yourself and accomplish what your goals are. I love it!!!!!

One small thing would be to beat my 4 yr old up the school steps without feeling like Im going to blackout. One big thing would be to not have to ask for a seat belt extender on the plane when I go away for my birthday this June

Have the knwledge I need to work harder and reduce body fat. Age is playing up and on my own I managed to get fit and stronger, now i nned guidance to move the next level.

I always add special insoles like Superfeat they make a huge difference .

Spring is here ! Going to start running again ! Running burns significant calories and provides time to experience the out doors, nature, friends or some good tunes. Does anyone want to start a running program ? It is so easy to start, good shoes, some time, a path, trail, or sidewalk is all you need. Treadmills work too .lol

Dear Future Clients, Please make sure you're drinking water and eating 3 balanced meals and a snack in between if possible. I don't just train physically, but nutritionally and socially and emotionally as well.
