Anyone here doing the P90X program? I'm gonna try it again this Wednesday (the 4th), but I need help: I've never finished it. Sometimes I have a good reason (at one point I fractured my wrist, and so had to stop) but it's mostly I just start feeling good with my results (strength and looks) and stop working out. So what I'm looking for here is to attract the P90X community to exchange results and support. Who's on what day and what have you accomplished so far? Newbie? Join me as I go through the program! Old-timer? Veteran? Add anything that can help anyone!

We have done everything! Lol, all you have to do is push yourself. Sure it will hurt like h*** while your doing the workout but it's so worth it. The next day you usually feel super great

Here I go... Day 1 - Chest&Back+AbRipperX. I've found so many sources of motivation, but for the drive to last, I'll need support. Thanks for the words already here!

Understanding more every day why the expression is "getting RIPPED." I still feel okay though. Is there any reason to delay the schedule just due to moderate whiplash?

On this app? It probably isn't. I'm doing it individually at home. If you look at my profile here, it'll say 0 workouts and 0 programs.

No, my dad bought the entire program for home use. I'm doing it in my basement.

All you really need, besides the videos, are dumbbells, a pull-up bar, a chair, and enough water to supply a small town.

I'm asuming it's very hard from the water comment? :)

One workout, Plyometrics, made me sweat more than a 36:00 10K race did last night. I thought I might actually dissolve.

No matter how many times you've done month one, don't skip to month two and try to pick it up there. Floored me.
