Morning Skimble team. Just wondered if there was anyone out there who could advise/share with me any additional information. I am at present recovering, yet again from  a mild dose of pneumonia (I do have an underlying lung condition). It's not so much knowing WHAT to do (I've been a personal trainer for more than twenty five years!!), it's having the energy sources to do it. The head is willing, the body can't catch up. I find Skimble an invaluable part of my therapy and also recommend it to clients advising them which programmes to follow in my absence so I have it at my fingertips. It would be good to hear from a fellow member. Yes, I am one of your rather MATURE members!!
