You won't get a bigger but from exercises you will get a toned define one!  You were born with what you were born with!  Exercises to tone and shape include:
Squats, lunges, leg press, kickbacks
Hamstring curls deadlifts and most important STEP UPS*

I think I saw somewhere that to get a bigger butt it is more about diet. You need to exercise to get a nice round toned butt. Same with getting a smaller butt exercises to shape & tone & diet to shrink.

For a tighter better ass, try doing squats with small weights, lunges, and burpees. Good luck love.

Squats and deadlifts are the best...i started with no ass at all but doing those exercises help me fill out jeans...unfortunately after giving birth  and becoming lazy im back at square one...just remember clean eating and weights are your bffs

I recommend any and all squats, lunges and stairs. They all work WONDERS. I used to have no butt lol but now my jeans have some shape thanks to these. Also remember to add weight so you don't plateau

stairs like the escalator machine at gyms if u.have a membership anywhere that is, or lay on your belly and do butt flexes

Uuuh I don't think that has anything to do with it, sorry. I drink and eat soy and don't have a big booty.

There's. free subscription in the App Store...I think it's called glamfit or glamourfit...the October edition has a video with an Australian trainer with amazing butt moves. Not typical lunges and you see results fast!
