Hello men & women
![]() I am looking for a very specific workout that really "brings in" the waist. To make my hips/butt stand out more. Usually my waist forms pretty easy but I have been having some trouble lately. Tell me the best workout vids to do!

Cardio should b your #1 n squats should b #2, but don't forget about your obliques. They'll really help u get that coke-bottle shape. Russian twists and oblique crunches should help; good luck!

I stand by my work, dear. :-) Better yet... Skimble is a community, ask the ladies who have completed this workout, who do it on a regular basis and swear by it... Proof is in the pudding. |

A lot of squats,some glute kickback,cardio n some wall sit will do it

I,ve heard, and know, that swimming is good for just that. It gives you a full stretch in every sequence. All the girls i,ve been watching is swimming and they have such nice curved back and booty and they are longer than most girls in same age. |
