Hey y'all!
I am a slender guy and I want to keep it that way. I'm looking for any workouts or advice that y'all have to get the tone, cut, strong look and feel without all the mass. I hope that I can be strong without looking like a body builder.

I suggest you do strength training, which basically is heavier weights, low repetitions (between 1-5 perhaps) and longer rest periods. Anywhere between 2-5 minutes but it depends on you. With strength training you are aiming to train the nervous system so that you get stronger, however you will still gain some muscle. The amount of muscle won't be a lot, so don't worry about getting 'too big'. You can also do some form of cardio to stay lean.
