I've been trying to eat healthier lately and I'm starting to diet and exercise. But I feel like all I can eat is like fruits and vegetables. I had 8 little chicken nuggets from Aldi's with ranch dressing and I felt really bad after it. Like I just do t know what real foods I can eat that make me full besides like fruits and vegetables.

You're goin through a vegan type of diet, so to get out of that stage, start out with some different soups and work your way up that way.

Have protein and cut out sugar. The sugar intake in a diet determines your level of craving for food. Start the day off with oat bran, quinoa and eggs and do a workout 30 min after breakfast. You will be fuller for longer. Also eat oily fish, lean cuts of beef(sirloin, rib eye), turkey, Parma ham, chicken. To veg add balsamic vinegar. Will help with burning excess calories :) and finally for the first 2 weeks of your diet forget about fruit. They have natural sugars in them, and will increase water retention. This of course is if you want to kick start your diet clean! good luck xx

I Think everyone can relate. You read some much data & everything can be construed as bad for you. Even fruit has tins of sugar. Eat clean. What ever you eat must fall into 2 categories only. It came directly from the ground or was once living. Nothing from a box, factory... No processed food period. Even so called diet food is bad for you. Eat whole grain versus white like white rice, bread, and potatoes. Instead of excluding food, make a plan to include foods. When was the last time you had a mango or avocado. Instead of calorie counting, nutrient count. Focus on getting 100% of vitamins, minerals, and plenty of protein. If you focus in what you Need to eat. You won't fear food or be negative about your diet.

Start out by eating things like beans, nuts and whole grains as well which are really good for you and then lean meat and such.
