Hi. 35 yrs old, 5'5", 140lbs, female. I have had a lot of success working out with motivated male or female partner. Used to go to gym 5 days a week. Changed vocation to over the road, team, truck driver. Looking for a few good people to communicate with and share encouragements and accomplishments with. May also benifit from a little friendly competition and the occasional motivational butt kicking if I slack off a bit!
MEAN GIRLZ AND GUYS LOOKING TO SCORE NEED NOT APPLY!
Self improvement is difficult, but should be fulfilling and feel positive!
Hi! Was a female with under 14% body fat! Miss my wicked little 6 pack!! It is still around, just well insulated. Not looking to "hook up", but very interested in some pointers and the realistic goal of recapturing not so long lost six pack!!! Care to share any words of wisdome? Seems to me that once my core is solid, fat melts away easier all over. Not afraid of slightly aggressive approach to working out. Like to see progress, helps with motivation!
Hi James. New to this whole thing... pardon the learning curve.
What sort of goals and/or game plans you working on?
do some v- up, double crunches and planks and i promise when u feel the core hurtin it will be workin only do every other day tho give your body a day to rest
Thank you, Michael. I am not exactly sure what all that meant. Used to like to use arm slings to dangle from pull up bar and raise legs forward, then to right side, than to leftside. Required some balance and control, also kept tail bone off of the floor as well as required flexing of upper body. Alternated sit ups between sets, and hyperextensions, hugging 45lb weight!! Used to work rather well. Willing to take advice. Really looking for good way to melt away squishy little lard layer covering the good stuff. Any feedback??
