I'm tryin to lose 20 since I'm 150, we can do it if we push through that sweat!
I tried a Tea Bo workout last week. WOW did 10 min. And legs have been sore for 3 days. I think im gonna try it again. Good workout

Update: I have lost about 20 pounds so far. Thats halfway to my goal. Just eatting better healthier meals like i said before and exercising. :) iam really proud of what i have done.
Im at around 160 and wanna get down to at least 145, so im down!
Lost the weight but had health issues and gained it double! I was down to 136 and am 185 pounds after a year of health issues. I had kept the weighh off for 3 yrs. Last time i gained i was 160. Just trying to get down 25 pounds to get to 160 now then in 5 months another 20. My goal is 140. Ultimately get to 130. Need encouragement badly.
I definitely wanna lose about 35lbs. I love junk food, rice, and pasta. So I'm trying to figure out how to replace it with veggies to lose some weight. Anybody else out there like this?
