The more muscle you heve the more energy you burn. So yes you will burn more fat the more workouts you do.

I think it all all depends on ur size . How big your stomach is... How much fat needs to be lost..
1.Get that fat burning .. Get on a diet.. Depending on how big you are and how much you need to lose..
2.situps,Mountain climbers, Invisiable chair, 6"inch feet in the air. Etc
Start toning it..
Continue ...same sets..
3.Keep it going ..
After a good ab workout . You can feel it .. THE BURN!!! Burn = Toned Abs

I'm in pretty good shape, however I've never been able to get a full solid six pack any advise?

The problem isn't just muscle, it's fat too. I'm thin and fit, but for my abs to really show, I need to lose 2-3% of my body weight in pure fat. This isn't easily done when you're already under 150lbs!

Unfortunately, the look of your abs (and chest, and legs, and everything else) is mostly genetic. There are some people that even if they slog their guts out are not going to get a six pack. Rather than focus on the look of your abs, why not try to set goals based on measures of wellness instead?
You might not be able to strut around flashing your abs to everyone (which honestly only make you look like a tool) but at least you'll be able to say 'I'm okay with that because I know I'm going to live til I'm a hundred'

Genetics does play a part, but it's not as big as everyone thinks. I find the most common use of the word "genetics" in workouts is as an excuse for not achieving goals (sorry, not accusing anyone!). For example, I'm descended from the Scottish Celts, and they were pretty ripped, but I'm not. In my experience and opinion, it comes down to mostly muscle development and fat content. You may have a covered six-pack right now!

Lots and lots of cardio to burn off the layer of fat over your abs (everyone has some)
That will help those abs stand out

6-PACK = at least 60% diet and 40% training
But this is only my opinion ... ;-)

You only end up with loose skin if you lose weight (muscle or fat) very quickly. Your skin shouldn't be growing faster than the rest of you.

If you'll trynna get cut or big, you should hit the gym often and have a workout schedule, these workouts also help but shouldnt be all you do...do them on your rest days off gym or in the mornings.

As a lifestyle never or very rarely eat acidic foods. As in detox programs, go for alkaline everything. Even your water should be pH 8 or above. Trust me you start feeling much better.

I'm 6'0 and still growing and at around 130-140 pounds. I'm trying to get in shape for my varsity football year next year. Any recommended workouts? I like the 35 Min marine workout but I only made it like 3/4 the way there then skipped like five exercises because I felt I did so much I deserve to count it. I'm writing down how far I make it to see progress. Also, any recover tips?
