Hey dear friends, first of all: a belated Happy New Year to all of you! Sorry for having become such a stranger, i feel absolutely miserable about it. I could blame it on stress or pain or whatever but the truth is: while for 1 1/2 years i had no issues to motivate myself as training had just become a daily routine no matter what, I've now completely lost my drive. There's many reasons for an overall disappointing last year, at least the second half, training-wise. Not only did i lose motivation, but also most of the achievements i fought...

No worries dear friend. I fell off last year from July to December. It happens to all of us at one point in our journey or another. Take your time and we will be here when you come back.

I'm right there with you. Life's so unpredictable and unexpected. Just keep moving. Definitely hard to stay motivated, but we all go through that. Just try to get back into the swing of things. Find your groove. Happy New Year my skimble friend.

Short training session after quite a while with no training at all... was a pretty tough period with long office days and busy nights at home. Can't say I'm back yet, we'll see what the next days/weeks will bring, still busy weeks ahead. While I'm definitely not even close to be on track I'm also definitely not outta the game, trust me!

Finally some movement again halfway through that nasty cold. Surprisingly the side core injury is still quite present. Together with the usual shoulder problems and the ongoing serious wrist issues i can't say that i enjoyed it to the fullest - at least my play itself was ok. Lacking consistency and stability of course but no wonder after such a sporadic training history in the past weeks/months

WOWZER - in which universe is this casual??! Length overall, reps, isolation and repetition of the exercises is more moderate, if not intense if you ask me... Ok, I'm not superfit atm and didn't change weights to moderate or even light - but this one got me cursing and sweating a lot and i barely could lift my arms for the shoulder stretching in the end. Anyway: a very good workout, especially for shoulders and back.

Yesterday's session was tough for me so it's "only" some re-energizing, mobilizing, relaxing and stretching yoga today. Also did some pose trials in the end but don't have the strength, trust and physical constitution (especially regarding the core strain) yet to seriously push it.

I SO MUCH LOVE THIS COMMUNITY! Just one day after i finally decided to try and do something against the chronic shoulder pain (impingement) with a shockwave therapy and support it with a little rotator cuff strengthening and blood circulation stimulation through short cooling periods i stumble upon this impingement session from Dr. Heiko!! Absolutely love it (though it hurts a bit) and will try to make it a frequent routine over the next few weeks!

Nimm 2-3g Vitamin C, 500mg oder mehr Vitamin E täglich. Kauf Kurkuma als Gewürz und streue es so oft wie möglich in dein Essen. Dazu L-Prolin (Eiweiß). Hat mir und vielen anderen super geholfen

Danke für die Tips Heiko. Großes Aber: deine Mengen liegen etwa 40fach über dem empfohlenen Tagesbedarf - plus mir ist ein Rätsel, wie ich 8kg Paprika, 2kg Mandeln oder (im Falle von Vitamin C) 10 Vitamintabletten täglich zu mir nehmen soll...

I'm back, Skimble world! Almost 1 week after my little injury i still feel a bit pain and can't really sidebend yet - but nothing can keep me from (very carefully) training anything else but core! Great little workout btw, the 2 min break is ideal to do squats, lunges and side lunges between arms, shoulders and chest and thus get the whole body working!
