Very tough! Especially after the World Cup Workout I did shortly before it. I even had a few breaks, but still very difficult. I kept at it anyway!

I forgot to start MapMyRun, so I only had the Running for Weight Loss app to go by, but I think it overestimates. I'm sure I walked/ran between two and three miles (3.2-4.8 km).

After the first round I had to substitute a set of bicycle crunches and a set of alternating side planks for the sets of side-plank crunches because they felt very bad for my joints and ligaments/tendons. I had to do double-leg lifts with shin touches for rounds two and three because I couldn't get my upper body off of the floor. Kept exercising though!
