good morning sir---ive been very interested in getting into workin out n getting back into shape. ill start off with I'm a 52 yr old retired/disabled marine that has gotten way outta shape n total loss of energy. have a belly I TRUELY wanna get rid of so dam bad but don't have a clue on how or what to eat right. bein from small town, we don't have a lot of the choices y'all do in big city. but I'm curious before I click on the start tab for your help--how do I get the energy to actually get...
