It's all good and well if you can set target, but without the ability to track and analyse, you won't know where you are or what you need to change to keep your progress coming. So it has been a while since I have been mega active on this. Let me tell you why. Depression & Anxiety. 2 things that can be polar opposites, but damage you all the same. I have suffered for some time now and it has granted me perspective on past and present action, thoughts and words spoken.
