About Me
I figured I wanted to start getting active before my body changes for the worst. I just started becoming active when I started my fitness journey in August 2011. Now I've gone from working out only once every month or so to working out about five days a week! What a big change.
Lost 2% body fat so far.
The goal is to look and feel great!
I love playing online games all day, but finally I realize that I should balance that out with some activity during the week.
