Gains! An really starting to lean off now. The abs are coming through because if what I eat and the one 'cable crunch' exercise I do 3x week.

Before a heavy lifting session commenced! Barefoot squats- my legs gave in, I got emotional but I continued and achieved several PB's.

The girl I'm with in the picture does the same training programme as me. It was the first time I'd met her so it was a special moment and I was in awe of her and tried not to stare at her fab body!

Great session. Gotbback up to 50kg squats after reset to improve form. Was stuck on 45kg for a while so very pleased with myself! :-)

Thank you guys. I really appreciate your kind words. I've been working hard for 4/5months and am getting great results by lifting heavy weights 3x week. Still progress to be made. As a real person, I hope this inspires some other Skimblers to put in the work to make the changes they want. :-)
