About Me

I turned to yoga to alleviate my chronic lower back pain that I suffered with since youth. I benefited from yoga more than I expected; my mood lifted, my body got stronger and my pain went away. Energized and rejuvenated, I found a way to a more balanced life. Since then, my practice has become a way to tap into my natural state of inner strength.

Great question, Silvie. Maybe, for me, finally, appreciating that everything is patience. With yourself, and with whatever situations you’re facing that affect what you’re ABLE to do. Every little bit of progress is FAAABULOUS. And those “bits” do add up!!! Cheers!

Hello! What's your workout schedule this week? Do you have a hard time creating one. Follow these steps: Commit to 2-3 workouts a week and specific about of time you can easily fit into your schedule. Schedule them on to your calendar. Give yourself 10 minutes to transition from one activity to another. When you finish your workout, be grateful for the time spent taking care of yourself.

I workout after work on days I work, and early afternoon or late morning on days off. I find time to fit working out everyday. love the feeling after a killer workout

I am a school student. I am a national level skater. I skate mostly for 4 hours everyday. Some days we don't have to skate so that day I do as much workout which is enough and necessary..... I would definitely try to follow the way you told.

yes, it is sometimes hard to keep the scheduling of the workouts, while after my job I have other activities with wife and kids. I try to workout at least 3 days per week and sometimes a good way is to share your workout with who ia taking more time in your life, i.e. my family 💞

Doing physical therapy 2 days this week and keeping it to light core building. I’m just returning to exercise. I’d been working on what I thought was a hip injury. Actually, I had Cauda Equina from a fracture in my spine and had large bone fragments. Had surgery to remove fragments and lamenectomy (the part of the spine you actually feel when touching the skin over your spine) on L2-L3.
