Wow what a fantastic one for forgot how important it is to do these especially since I have been doing burpees and strength training on my feet . Some of these where a reminder of when I had foot fractures . Foot still gets a little tender now and again .

Glad you like it! Quite important for me just after surgery, needed to remind my foot of what feels to touch ground and how to move 😄

Abs that moment when someone keeps calling you and you’re trying to work out and it keeps stopping or slowing you down I did a little over an hour for abs but I’m unsatisfied because I didn’t finish what I wanted
