I was self trained for many years prior beginnng mh studies in India where I obtained all my teaching certifications (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga etc). I now train in India 1 to 2 months out of the year, there is no other place for me in the world to feel the true essence of yoga and the yogi life style. Odette, itโ€™s difficult the first time, and it seems that we donโ€™t have enough strength, but, we have them ๐Ÿ˜‰ and everything will work out. Every day is easier to do. And then I have a magic method with a towel ๐Ÿคฃ. All together is power. I thought in the office, when there is free time, you need to do something that would be convenient. The stool against the wall, in my opinion, is perfect, the first day the muscles of the legs were very felt, now they have adapted. So, join in ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ๐ŸŒ
