About Me
Since I started taking an interest in eating well & exercising I have become to love it so much I can't stop! I wonder why I never did this b4! When I started seeing the changes in the body that lifted my spirits & I set myself a goal. I started Insanity 60 day training pure cardio! It was enjoyable but tough! It made me feel better about myself & given me more confidence. I have never been a bad eater but did give into temptation easily to junk food. I never used to enjoy eating chicken and would eat alot of red meat but then experimented more with food & i not only eat more chicken and fish but i dont crave junk food. I think when you see & feel better in yourself this gives you the will power to say no to the things you know are bad for your body. I used to drink every weekend which was a great noticable weight gain for me but again i have realised that i am able to still drink and by being active i am not worried about the weight gain and its not noticable after a weekend binge. I work out at home and could not imagine paying for a gym membership when you can make your own littel gym at home for little or nothing. Weights are not necessary for toning & muscle definiton. Insanity has proved that for me.
