There really are a lot of rests in this workout, but it's still okay. Once again I question the putting of a rest at the end of a workout, it doesn't make sense.

I miss having a treadmill, and it's way too cold outside. You stop running for a week and there goes your fitness, I wish you could just tell your body "pause!" So you could take a break for like two weeks and pick up right where you left off. But life works differently and we just have to deal with it.

A lot of hip stretches going on, it's good, though it makes me realize just how inflexible I am. My goal will be to do this exercise (and failing that, simply stretch) more often.

That one exercise scorpion is really good, I think I will be doing that one by itself more regularly.

Some of these are harder than Han I first thought, but all in all it is a good regime, especially when you get into it at your own pace.

I ran today after breakfast, turns out that magi distance that I was trying to reach was 4.18. The running was so easy after a meal in comparison to before it's ridiculous.
