working to strengthen my core which hopefully also helps my semi-cranky knee find a happy place.
stretch goal of washboard abs but if i don't quite get there, it's ok, the journey will be fun nonetheless.
looking for ways to stay motivated!

at this point, my body probably appears more fit than it is, so there is room for improvement on the cardio side. abs are showing some definition though and the knee has felt stronger. definitely on the right path!

finding myself not as disciplined as previous months. knee has also been a bit cranky. arms and shoulders are showing definition now but shoulders are a bit sore when i lift them laterally.

still managing a few brief workouts here and there; this app really helps! keep up motivation and find new ones even though the knee needs oil.

found out why the knee's been barking for so long... meniscus... doh! Still, doing a pretty good job sticking with this and experiencing good weight gain, though could always use more motivation on those tough days
