This applies more to athletes, but he makes an important point about looks and strength and how they are not necessarily related. Nothing wrong with wanting to he happy woth your image but remember that a muscular body does not equal a strong or healthy body. "What these people are inferring is that weightlifters don’t look like bodybuilders. Mass media has convinced them the bodybuilding image is the one that represents physical strength. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with bodybuilding (extremes aside), I do like this article from Kettlebell Sport Champion Brittany van Schravendijk. "Yes, it's important to have a healthy body, but aesthetics are only skin deep and ultimately, they are temporary." Also for women especially who worry about getting bulky, how much muscle you put on has more to do with your nutrition than what exercises you do. Exercise is obviously a part of it, but if you don't eat for it you will not get as muscular as a bodybuilder. https://www.kbfitbritt.com/blog/all/1514

So love this truth! Makes my arms/legs/core look amazing AND improves my brain! That is definitely a win-win scenario! Adding in rebounding for the overall lymphatic benefits, stretching with flexibility training, foam rolling to get the old-lady kinks out, and I'm good to go! LOL!
