This is a well-rounded cross training program that helps you strengthen and lengthen your tissue to encourage stability and health of your muscles and joints. The workouts in this program include strenuous and dynamic yoga poses to activate circulation and increase flexibility, static poses to move deeper into the muscle tissue, and breathing exercises for increased lung capacity. Cross training workouts are designed to be used in between other training routines, recovery workouts can be used after sporting activities, and pre-workouts are meant to warm up and stretch the body prior to exercise. Remember to breathe deeply throughout your practice to oxygenate the body and speed up recovery. Recommended prop: a towel.
