Injuries / Herniated Disk recovery I have had three herniated disks removed, about 8 years ago. Just like the knee, the pain always comes back, I was very tired of having so much pain, but I started back in the gym, with very light workouts. Targeting my core, legs, and cardio to lower the weight of my body. I now feel great, but when I stop the visits to the gym, pain returns. I am turning 36 this year, so its time to really get into working out. Has anyone had the same issues with Herniated Disks, I would love to hear new ideas, or motivation in how to deal with this issue. The same goes out to anyone in need of help. Cheers |

I am a vegetarian and I do use whey or dairy. My daily shake is 1 cup frozen mango 1 whole peeled banana. 2 hand fulls of chopped kale. Coconut milk and I create a mixture of hemp protein, super greens, and royal maca. It is awesome

Lol umm has anyone tried 200 squats a day for 30 days? 5 sets of 20 regular squats and 5 sets of 20 outward squats. I saw the results of someone within a month on Instagram and it was unbelievable. So I want to experiment and see what happens. If 200 turns out to be to much then try 100-150. Let me know how much for that day you accomplished. Who wants to join? Tell me your results and how you're holding out. I have an iPhone so I can keep track and continue my exercise even when I'm not home.

What brings me here is Skimble sucks! You do not try to improve your software and therefore you will die.

Skimble does nothing to improve its faulty software. The point system sucks and the gps system on android dissconnects if you get an outside call. I would suggest people look for another program. In fact I am working on a program that will put Skimble out of business unless they get off their behind.

@Iphengenia, there was a rash of point hogs flooding the app with insane point counts back in January.. I don't even follow the leader board now, it's being dominated, the top ten, by super women!!
