Here's a simple lower body muscular strength and endurance test...just sit back against a wall and hold for 100 seconds. Here are some average results for male (M) and females (F):
excellent = >100(M) >60(F), good = 75-100(M) 45-60(F), average = 50-75(M) 35-45(F), below average = 25-50(M) 20-35(F), poor = <25(M) <20(F)
