did all right despite fall off in past weeks; 8/10

i feel the results of this workout when i get up from a prone position; i can get up quicker, and when i jog i feel more burst in my quads 9/10

did it pretty well today (8.7/10); substituted knee lifts for knee lift lunges; at that point of the workout it gets too hard to jump; i also have a slight prob w/dizziness when going up and down sometimes

paid for it today after 3 weeks of holiday eating; having trouble w/dolp pushups and jumping lunges; i substitute something else or do the exercise halfway; i'm not fat but have some extra so any jumping thing is tough
