Description

This is an effective body strengthening & toning workout routine that works well when you're at the gym or have common exercise equipment handy including: dumbbells, an exercise mat, an exercise ball, and a foam roller. If you are new to the foam roller, be sure to relax as you roll away all your pent up tension! Make sure you bracket this workout with a proper warm up and cool down.
