(This workout is a modified, tougher version of Tony Horton's Great Body Guaranteed 8-minute abs workout video) I would HIGHLY recommend doing this ab workout only three times a week with one day off in between each workout (Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday).
