Description

This workout is dedicated to a fan of mine, Kailli Elizabeth. This workout will target your triceps and biceps without the use of gym equipments. But if you do have equipment, this too will work out. If you don't have dumbbells at home, fill a milk bottle up with water with whatever weight you want; whether it be 1.5L or 2L
