Description

This challenge is simple but if you have no heart this isn't for you 1. 300 push ups (15 sets of 20) 2. 500 squats ( 10 sets of 50) 3. 500 crunches (10 sets of 50) Everything must me done in this order for all exercises and sets and must be completed in 30 mins Good Luck *You proper form on all exercises don't cheat you only cheating yourself* fyi you can do more than the assigned rep per set for example if you can do 150 squats straight go for you just can't do less then the assigned rep amount per set
