Description

This exercise acts as a guide to push you through actually doing 1000 push-ups. It may sounds unrealistic but the simplicity of the workout does not take from its intensity or your pump. For those that want a challenge then skip the transitions and speed past the particular sets once you have hit the number of push-ups needed. God speed!
