Description

This is a tough workout where you will alternate 1 minute of walking with 1 minute of an exercise for the entire workout. Build some endurance and stamina by not letting up at the end! You will feel great after this one! Record your heart rate during the rests, and put your numbers into the comments section at the end of the workout.
