Women's Locker Room / Squating Issues??

Hi ladies! Im new to the workout community and I want a new butt. Everyone raves about squats giving you a BUTT but I don't. When I squat I never feel it in my glutes, just my thighs. I can do 30 squats but only my thighs will burn. What can I be doing wrong?

Ass to grass seriously you will feel it in your butt unless you're squatting wrong or only using your thighs to push up

Do them often as possible you'll feel it
Yeah, but it doesn't give me a good burn.
When you come up do you squeeze your Glutes?
