Crazy workout last night. Weighed myself this morning. . . . 199.2 lbs!!
I know I'm late but I'd love to join the challenge!! Will start today
I have a bad knee so I can't run, but I've started walking the new trail across the street from where I live. If I do the whole trail, I mapped it one time, it's about 3.85 miles a day. I listen to audiobooks while I walk so I don't get bored with the workout everyday. I bought a 32 ounce water bottle with a straw and a hook on top. I sip water as I walk and hold it by the hook on top. It's very easy. The time goes by so fast I don't even think about it, and I feel really good when I'm done.
I could not physically do that . I have really bad knee and back problems .plus, I could nit track how long I've walked

I get at least 6 miles a day just in my daily work day... A lot of those miles are pushing a loaded wheelbarrow too. Good to have a landscaping job
Sounds great! Im kind of already doing this, i decided to walk when i pick my son up from school 3 days a week. Its a 3 miles round-trip pushing a double stroller with about 50lbs of kiddos in it lol. Count me in!
I have 2 dogs.. hiking with both or running with one of them once a week must be possible ;)
Hi Ali! I don't know your current diet but any physical activity is a plus!
