How much protein should you consume in a day?

Well honestly I heard from a reliable source that 20g is as much as the human body an retain daily, and anything over turns into fat.
1 gram per kg of bodyweight if I remember correctly

Right now I'm around 128 but would like to get to 115 or at least 120
Ok. What weight are you wanting to be at in pounds? I have software with the athletes I work with that I can get you the information.
Everybody's different.. I suggest you go to a nutritionist get a free consultation and they will let you know your bmi,body fat %, and how much calories and protein you need everyday to get to your goal.. :-)
