Ha ha ha! Lol Well If that's your muscle in your picture, I figured you'd be ok doing those! I however have to much to lift. Hee hee.
I think I did 1 and a half. Had a vision of breaking my neck and that was enough of that :)
Well honestly I can't do the wall push ups and planks with your feet on the wall and hands on the floor. :-)
Crazy enough for me to only try it once :)
