Spring is here ! Going to start running again ! Running burns significant calories and provides time to experience the out doors, nature, friends or some good tunes. Does anyone want to start a running program ? It is so easy to start, good shoes, some time, a path, trail, or sidewalk is all you need. Treadmills work too .lol

So my fitness page and new site have been going really well the last couple of months. It's a fantastic feeling knowing the support I gave to others is being relayed into support from others. Remember, we are all a 'community' and part of this amazing 'fitfam' :). One falls, another picks them up and helps them get back into the race and the rest slow down to help them catch up!
