How to do: Dumbbell Right Leg Curl to Press
Start in a right leg balance with a dumbbell in your left hand. Bend your right leg then straighten back up while curling the dumbbell up to your shoulder. Then press the dumbbell up to the ceiling. Bring the dumbbell back down to the top of the curl and then bend your leg and straighten your arm back to the start. Repeat.
