Start with your band wraped around your chair. Place your right foot into the strap until strap is in the middle of your foot. Place both hands on the chair for balance and your left foot about three feet away from the chair. Extend your right leg straight behind you without bending your knees. Hold at the point of greatest tension for 2 counts. Repeat on opposite leg
