How to do: Bridge with Leg Lifts on Ball

Lie on your back with straight legs resting on top of a stability ball and your arms beside you. Press your heels into the ball as you lift your hips off the floor, attempting to create a straight line from your feet to shoulders. As you hold the position, lift one leg off the ball. Lower your leg slowly and repeat with the alternate leg.
