Lie on your back with straight legs resting on top of a stability ball and your arms beside you. Press your heels into the ball as you lift your hips off the floor, attempting to create a straight line from your feet to shoulders. Bend your knees to pull the ball in toward your hips. Then, straighten your legs and repeat without dropping your hips to the floor.
