How to do: Ball Ab Rolls

Start on your knees with a stability ball about a foot in front of you. Keep your upright position and extend your arms to the center of the ball. Squeeze your glutes and tighten your core as you roll forward onto the ball to your elbows. Hold for a moment then roll back to your beginning position. Maintain a plank position as you roll forward and back
