How to do: "O" Balance

Start sitting tall with bent legs and hands resting on your knees. Draw your knees out and your toes in to touch each other. While balancing on your sit bones, lift your arms up into a circular "O" position. Then, exhale and lift your legs up into a circular "O" position. Hold a moment as you draw your arms out to the sides then return them to the start.
