How to do: Hip Raises on Ball

Start sitting on a ball with your feet planted hip-width apart on the floor. With your hands on your hips, roll upper back onto the ball. Once you're lying with your upper back on the ball, lift your hips up. Hold a moment at the top before lowering and repeating.
