Description

Reach up and look up to open your chest. Bend forward, keeping your back straight, to bring your hands to the mat. Crawl out slowly to a plank. Hold plank for a few seconds, then bring your left foot to the outside of your left hand, coming into a deep lunge. Return to plank and switch sides. From plank, walk your hands back to your feet until you're in another forward bend, then slowly roll up to standing. Repeat walkout 3-5 times.
