How to do: Dumbbell Pull-over on a Ball

Roll yourself down so that your back is supported by the curve of the ball. Move your feet so that they are directly underneath your knees and hip-width apart. Extend hands, with dumbbell, over head. Raise dumbbell up and over chest. Keep elbows slightly bent at all times. Keep shoulders down while performing the exercise.
