Description

Lay on your back (on a floor, bench or exercise mat) and bend your knees while keeping your feet flat on the floor. Hold one or two kettlebells using both hands and position them behind your head with your elbows flexed. While keeping your elbows in a fixed position, slowly extend your arms and bring the kettlebells to the top position. Slowly lower the kettlebells down to the starting position and repeat.
