Set up 4 cones in a square. A bigger square will create a more intense exercise. Pick a cone to be cone 1 and face inward to the square. Stay low and side shuffle to cone 2. Once you reach cone 2 get down on your hands and feet and bear crawl to cone 3. Now stand up and shuffle, facing outward, to cone 4. Stay facing forward and bear crawl backwards to cone 1.
