How to do: Ankle Grabbers

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Place your arms by your side with palms facing up. Lift your shoulders and arms about 6 inches off of the floor. As you reach for your right ankle with your right fingertips lean to the right. Switch to the other side and continue to alternate sides.
